Nice!
I really like your choice of music for this,
i was also impressed by how savvy you where in ratio you placed the animation in.
It's fits well with the phone/tablet format, but I didn't feel like that choice confines the piece.
Finally I really enjoyed the warmth and liveliness of your animation, as it makes it very natural, which, oddly enough, in very hard thing to do.

Interesting.
I think it was short, but sweet.
I think a few creator notes might also help explain the context of your work, and even if takes a few moments to write your thoughts out, it can add alot of depth to a piece.

"......It maters which wold you feed."
This was incredibly ambitious, in scope, tone, and execution and even a slight miss-step in the execution might have made it seem cheesy.
While there are plenty on minor aspects that could be improved with time, or or further technical skill, I think you absolutely managed to make something that was quite meaningful.
Most of, I commend you pacing, as time is such a huge resource to worry about in animation.

I am really pleased with how well you synced the beat/step - counter-beat/counter-step motion.

I was worried she was about to be fed to something.
Overall, very cute, and The animation was not necessarily true to life, but it really works for a nice simple cartoon like this.
Also the voice acting was on point for the characters, especially the laid back "Chirp" of the birds.

Delightfully odd.
This reminds me of "We Are The Strange" by mdotstrange, but I feel you have a bit more of a memetic take on a virtual null-scape.
It's really funny, and I do enjoy characters that shift emotional tone like the Mayor of Halloween town.
The over the top announcer character somehow reminds me of trigun energy.

I really appreciate how well you lined up the bass with and tune with the animation.

PICNIC, indeed.
Considering that the vocals are really strong if you can understand them, subtitles might have been worth the effort.

A bit elfen lied.
It's a fun exploration of the hands, and makes me wonder about how kids are born.
Like, do they have the hands at birth, do they grow and shed them in infancy, where they learn to float about, ect.
