Interesting design.
Reminds me a little bit of a cuter and higher rez version of some of the old blocky house of the dead zombie models, but more stylish and detailed.
I really like the color choices and it's interesting seeing how you thought about emotional expression with a single eye.
On note that I feel people look over for possibility in cyclopean design which is different eye lids sometimes seen in some amphibians who have an natural "shade" they lower for when they take a dip (or vice versa depending), so if you ever play with another one eyed wonder consider an natural lenses for iris and pupil color change coolness.
Thank you for making this.

Thank you for your kind words and i will be certain to think of that in the future.

"Space..... the final absolute territory....we are the crew of the USS Usagi and it is our 5 year mission to flaunt it where no one has flaunted it before...."
Fun design!
I get some interesting diving suit/masamune vibes and I like the effort you put into making it imporbable but not implausible.
Thank you for making this.

Oh hi.
very cool, nice to see some spoopy Yule tide goodness.
For clarification are the eyes in the caller or ethereally placed in the hair?
originally i thought they where hidden in some sort of ear flaps or pompoms attached to the hat, but I notice the distinct separate pompom.
Nice color pallet too, makes it quite surreal.
Thank you for making this.

Thaaaaank youuu

You know I find this piece very interesting.
I kind of automatically presumed it was a self portrait, and I can't really explain why.
Perhaps it's because the figure seems so focused and removed while surrounded by swirling colors and creativity, and that's often how I hear some artists describe themselves, removed from their creation.
In any case, the dripping dark figure seems to be clad in black and framed by color, but it's important to see the image as a whole, and the figure and the frame are both part and parcel.
Thank you for making this.

Thank you so much for your beautiful analysis of the artwork, i really appreciate it, glad you enjoyed it :D I always leave the art for free interpretation without giving it an exact clear definition, but yours is definetly close to my vision, again thank you for the kind words

She learned to manipulate the dimensional gate in to deliver all the presents.
Very cute, and I like the outfit design quite a bit.
Demi cloaks are truly under appreciated.
Thank you for making this.

Thank you!

I really appreciate how chill this is.
You really knocked the design of the clothing out of the park as well.
It's an impressive to see such a modern take on the characters while you where still able to make it visually instantly clear who they where.
That's a real talent.
Also the overall bleached out color pallet and your logo/pattern work make me happy.
Thank you for making this.

clayscence responds:

thank you so much :D it means a lot! I was afraid it wasn't clear who they were

It's a slant rhyme I believe but "Practiced Rhythm" ie;
"despite the present pain of a fractured sternum,
they wrote the gifted words with a practiced rhythm."
Nice 4 koma format use, it's interesting seeing the western culture adapt to it because of phones and such as I had grown up with the lateral thinking of boondock Calvin and Hobbs and Garfield.
Do you like working top to bottom, or do you find it limiting?
Thanks for making this.

wormcastle responds:

Thanks for the comment, I never would've thought of "practiced rhythm".
Newspaper comics like Calvin and Hobbes are some my biggest inspirations, so I guess I just gravitated towards that format. I found it limiting at first, but I've gotten used to it, and now I actually enjoy not having to think about how the panels should look and just focusing on the drawings in them.

Never sing to me or my son ever again.
Fun mashup, I really like how you blew up the blues in this.
Thank you for making this.

Oooooh thank you so much :' )!!! 😭😭😭💖💖💖

Very nice!
Also, as a thought because I did think about it despite your request, I think that outfit does not need to break physics.
Basically each arm could have bangles that the selves velcro to:
https://www.etsy.com/market/c_shaped_bangle
or maybe they could have collapsible tubing like a bendy staw, but less noisy more cosy kinda material.
In any case, great work with all the blues in this pallet, and impressive execution of physical confidence when I can't even see their eyes.
Thank you for making this.

Yesss, very nicely thought of~

nice shadow work!
As a taller individual who has occasionally been used for shade this piece has an oddly familiar vibe.
nice choice on the large red coat, as you where able to use it well for framing and for color contrast, but also a nice contextual element that makes the tone of the piece more inmate.
You clearly put some love into that hair, but also made good use of bedhead dynamic so that you could let it be a bit more wild.
My favorite part is how the eyes catching that small bit of light has an interesting air of "coming to the surface", and I appreciate the delicacy of how you made it clear there is a bosom on the figure, but it's not the point of the piece.
but dang she mad tho.
Thank you for making this.
