I liked this.
It's simple premise, that didn't require a scene transition, nor a change of angle, just a fun dynamic character is a semi-relatable situation.
I imagine lines like that do still exist, but I actually remember reading somewhere that they think once cross country trucks go automatic they will basically loose their market, as truckers are some of their few remaining consistent customer bases for the hotlines.
In any case, it fun to hear the dial up tones, and especially see them given form like that.
Thanks for making this.

I really liked this.
The way you used the hat's magically adjacent floating to be a n extra form of expression was really clever.
The sound design was on point, and well cued.
She's a well designed and balanced character, and is just a cute.
The pacing and clever use of repeated frames really shows a skill for keeping the audience engaged without wasting effort.
It's like puffy ami yumi meets the grim adventures of billy and mandy, with a dash of felix the cat.
I am looking forward to seeing more from you.
Thank you for making this.

Thanks so much!
I was really scared none would notice the hat but now I'm so happy that you liked it!
By far she is my best and favorite character I've ever design so I really appreciate that a lot of people like her!
I was a sucker for cartoon network back in the early 2000's knowing it has a vibe of my favorite shows brings me joy!
Thanks again for watching it and taking the time of commenting! I'm glad you like it!!!

I think if you stuck with the Dr Seuss style more consistently it would over all be visually congruent, but it's rambling low energy anecdote, so maybe the transitions actually help it be more engaging.
But a Dr. Seuss version of burger king would have been pretty cool to look at.
Over all i think you all worked well with the material had on hand.
The final scene with the kid in the heart could have been possibly exaggerated by intimating some of those wild pictures of humans crawling through a blue whales heart, but the way you showed was pretty Dr. Seuss-y in nature, so I am fighting my own points.
You all did well.
Thanks for making this.

It's always nice to see your work Luis.
It simple, but smooth, and remarkably personal animation.
The idea that cooking videos are banned made me have flash backs to a very weird Gumby episode where they where trying to bake him alive in an oven.
That show was weird, damn it!
But perhaps a stop motion cooking show?
IDK there are definitely other platforms for cooking, but I have been playing with some "Meme recipes as well."
In any case, Thank you for making this.

Something about loops that really capture how weird and special our own daily loops can be really make me happy.
It's a wonderful piece of random abstraction, and trying to comment on why I liked it is hard, because it's like explaining Monty Python, in the sense it's so much better to just enjoy it.
It's like Warioware but without cause or purpose, no method to the.

The actual commentary on eating out, and the service industry, and how we interact with it is just wonderfully abstracted here.

Thank you for making this.

There is something really potent about a person thinking they where is a safe place, and being completely insane, suddenly a thoroughly train wrecking when reality kool-aid mans it's way into the tirade.

I love the angular stiff design of the "father" character, especially in comparison to the young man being a floppy noodle really conveys that "WTF are you doing" aura perfectly.
Along with the picture in the background making it clear it's a family house.
The consistency of the color scheme to the the setting, and to the characters, even just the ones in the picture frames, was super good, and the animation was on point.
It's just solid work, and very visually engaging.
It leave me wanting more, and wondering about the world's context.
Thank you for making this.

So the thumbnail made me think this was like a
"Coming to America VS Home Alone 2"
and I was like
"hell yeah! Eddie Murphy being weird and rich in NY vs Macaulay Culkin being weird and faking rich in NY! Is it going to be a weird Die Hard/The Predator scenario where Culkin traps Murphy in a NY hotel?"

Then I watched it, and it seems to be a sweet life of Zach and Cody style Epstein joke, and now I want a weird movie where my original idea occurs in the hotel from the Suite life of Zach and Cody.

Overall it's a pretty good joke, and I think the low effort background characters flash in and out of existence works. The seinfield theme was good way to play it out within the meme-scape.
Thanks for making this.

I have a feeling this is part of a series, but just going to engage with it as a newcomer.

I think there is a time in life we have all found ourselves as a stranger in a strange land.
Maybe while traveling.
Maybe at summer camp.
Maybe at an family or religious event far from home.
That tension of wanting to trust, and knowing that it's only temporary so it can only matter so much gives it a dream like feeling.
I feel like you captured that, a feeling of "ethereal relation."
While it might be visually unpleasing, it's a strong choice in telling the stroy, and is carried by the sound design quite well.
I would like to see more.
Thank you for making this.

I know this is a continuing series, but this happens to be the first one of the series I have seen.
Without context, without a set narrative, you still got me to weep.

I lost a few people in my life, and I grew up on a farm where we ate animals we raised by hand.
I am familiar with death in ways I wish I was not, but this reminded me of how sudden and funny it can be.
Of how it feels to have this part of your life taken, and how what might have been a simple skirmish, a mistake, can change everything.

I imagine as this seem to be deep within the series that you have been building to this as a creator, and to kill a character must hurt in it's own way, but a way you had been expecting.
Maybe that's why this feels more like my own experience of watching someone you have know for years, and always knew would die someday, leave very quickly.

You made something beautiful here, thank you.

Thank you for sharing this, I appreciate it.

I know that sonic has fallen a long way since the 90s, and that he's often mishandled by team sonic at this point, but I guess I did not find this funny.
The company that owns him doesn't know how to use him, and that's just a fairly accepted fact.
Baby Yoda is definitely cute, and I do enjoy irreverent humor, and weird pairings, but this more felt like taking Sega as punching bag then making something funny.
My main complaint is you actually illustrated, and animated this very well, the writing just felt mean spirited and non productive.
I get the fact you where making an example between silent baby yoda, and the blabber mouth sonic has become, for how sometimes less is more, but it was heavy handed, but it was still well made and interesting to watch.
Thank you for making this.
